The February, 2011 East Tennessee Z Club meet will be held Feburary 20th, 2011 @ 4:00pm at the Smoky Mountain Brewery in Turkey Creek. Please let us know if you plan on attending as soon as you can so we can get an accurate headcount for reservations / call ahead seating. Hope everyone is having a great summer and enjoying the nice weather we have been having. Many great opportunities to take the t-tops off lately … anyways, this email is to inform you all about the July Meet. This month we have decided to do a late lunch / early dinner and drive. Below is the information for the meet. I hope to see you all out there! And please let us know if you plan on coming.

Our July Meet will take place on Sunday July 26th. We will meet at Buffalo Wild Wings in Maryville at 4:30 to eat, and then we will caravan to the Dragon for a run or 2 and then head back to Maryville and Knoxville to go home. Please let me know if you plan on coming so we can get a good idea.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!! VENUE CHANGE!!!!

Hello everyone, well I was not aware of it until now, but we could not get reservations at the Calhoun’s on the River because the restaurant is completely booked up for the “Living Christmas Tree” show that is happening in downtown Knoxville tomorrow night…So I have called Calhoun’s in Turkey Creek and they were happy to accommodate us… So the new location for the meet will be

CALHOUN’S IN TURKEY CREEK at 6:00pm

I am sorry for the last minute notice… I will post this on the website, and also send out a mass email to everyone, so hopefully everyone will get this message… Sorry for the inconvenience guys and hope to see you all there tomorrow… Also, I have made the reservation for 15 to 20 people, but if you could please let me know if you don’t plan on attending now because of the new location I would greatly appreciate it… They would like me to call 1 hour before we arrive to let them know a more accurate count… Thanks again guys/girls, and sorry for the inconvenience…

5 years ago in December, the East Tennessee Z Club had its Innaugural meet. Since then it has grown tremendously in members, although turnouts have not been as high lately. I encourage all of you who can to come out to the meet in December! Exact event details are coming soon!
